Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for onsite day shift in New Jersey. You will operate equipment to produce blood components, assist with deviation investigations, and help close CAPAs while adhering to aseptic and GMP standards.

The role requires 0-1 years in cGMP cell therapy or related manufacturing, with a High School Diploma and Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred. Training will lead to SME status within the function.

Formación

• Understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, purification, and aseptic processing.
• Experience in a cGMP/FDA regulated environment is preferred.
• Basic math and technical writing skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Set-up and operate equipment for production of blood component lots via cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
• Support deviation investigations and CAPA closures.
• Maintain on-time production schedule and accurate documentation per GDPs.
• Follow GMP requirements and site safety policies.
• Work in a cross-functional team to complete shift tasks.
