Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to support production of blood component lots in a cGMP cleanroom. This role involves equipment setup, aseptic operations, and timely data recording within a collaborative, shift-based team.

The position requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 0–1 years of cGMP cell therapy experience. The role includes night shift scheduling and a structured training program to qualify as a SME trainer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• 0-1 years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing, bioprocessing manufacturing, or relevant experience.
• Must be able to work in a cGMP cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up and operation of equipment to support production of blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
• Support deviation investigations and write ups as needed.
• Support on time closure of any assigned CAPAs within the designated shift.
• Records production data in a clear, concise format according to GDPs.
• Work in a team-based, cross-functional environment to complete production tasks.
