Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Associate to produce human blood-derived components in a cGMP cleanroom. You will follow SOPs, work instructions, and batch records under supervision, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Role involves cross-functional collaboration, potential Team Lead duties, and training teammates on Source Governing Documents while maintaining ALCOA+ data integrity and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance.
• Experience in cell therapy manufacturing is required or highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations per SOPs, work instructions, and batch records.
• Perform transactions in electronic systems and follow business continuity procedures.
• May take Team Lead duties and train others in Source Governing Documents.
• Maintain ALCOA+ data integrity and GMP compliance in all tasks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support manufacturing processes.
