Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Bothell, WA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for the Cell Therapy team to manufacture blood component products under cGMP in a cleanroom, following Batch Records and SOPs.

This role operates equipment, documents data, supports investigations, and maintains aseptic technique; you will train as SME and work with cross-functional teams on schedule and quality. Shift includes overnight onsite hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; higher degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing or bioprocessing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up and operation of equipment to support production of blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
• Support deviation investigations and CAPAs within the designated shift and ensure on-time closure.
• Aseptic technique is required for all tube movements; aseptic qualification is required.
• Weighs and measures in-process materials to ensure proper quantities.
• Adheres to the production schedule ensuring on-time internal production logistics.
• Record production data in a clear, concise format according to GDPs.
• Perform tasks aligned with site safety, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
• Work in a cross-functional team to complete shift tasks and support continuous improvement.
