Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in biotechnology, life sciences or relevant field.
• 5 years of applications experience in Biotechnology industry.
• Cross selling, upselling, value positions and funnel management.
• Cell therapy, viral vector or nucleic acid process expertise.
• Understanding of customers’ key business drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with Account Managers and Sales Specialists within their territory based on demand for scientific application.
• Provides pre- and post-sale support, product demonstrations, seminars, training and supports territory sales objectives.
• Applies high level scientific and technical product knowledge in modality to Cytiva customers.
• Delivers in-depth technical support remotely, in person, or in the lab; conducts demos or experiments.
• Leads regional customer training, develops application-driven training courses and demonstrations at sites.
• Builds and strengthens technical relationships with customers.
• Identifies opportunities for scalability and educates customers on benefits.
