Qualifications

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or Medical Technology; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in industry or 8-10+ years in academia/clinical with hands-on flow cytometry.
• Strong understanding of advanced cytometry principles, panel design, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with scientists in flow-cytometry fields in academia and industry.
• Serve as SME and trusted advisor for advanced flow cytometry applications.
• Lead workflow optimization, user enablement, and strategic guidance for key accounts.
• Plan and deliver instrument demonstrations for Cytek systems and support demos across platforms.
• Develop multicolor panels and assays featuring Cytek and partner reagents.
• Deliver scientific presentations and educational content to internal and external audiences.
