Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Cell Operator – 1st Shift in Franklin, NH. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm with overtime as needed.

Pay rate is $18.50/hour, with duties including assembling and testing valves, following QA procedures, and ensuring accurate labeling and packaging. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (preferred), can read and write English, is punctual and dependable, and comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds while using PPE.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test valves and valve components using machinery, jigs and fixtures.
  • Follow prescribed assembly/test instructions to maintain quality standards.
  • Test and package valves and components with correct labeling and materials.
  • Complete production records, recaps and quality control documents.
  • Perform routine housekeeping to maintain safety and cleanliness.
  • Report quality or safety concerns immediately.
  • Take on additional duties or projects as assigned by Production Supervisor.

  • Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Shift: 1st ShiftMonday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, with overtime per business need
What’s a typical day as Assembly Specialist? You’ll be:
  • Assembling and testing valves and valve components using machinery, jigs, and fixtures
  • Following prescribed assembly test instructions to maintain excellent quality standards
  • Testing and packaging valves and components in individual boxes and master cartons, ensuring correct labeling and instructional materials
  • Completing production records, recaps, and quality control documents
  • Performing routine housekeeping to maintain environmental and safety standards
  • Reporting any quality or safety concerns immediately
  • Assuming additional duties or projects as assigned by the Production Supervisor
