Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation's VLSI team seeks a Cell Modeling and Verification Engineer to help develop high‑performance ASICs and GPU related designs. You will work on behavioral models and verification for custom mixed‑signal cells, using Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python or Perl to model, verify, and prototype circuits.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams on library build, cell integration, ASIC verification and DFT simulation, documenting and delivering fully verified RTL that meets

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with RTL simulation and waveform debug.
• Strong understanding of Verilog HDL and digital design concepts.
• Proficiency in Python or Perl scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop behavioral model and verification for mixed-signal design cells used across NVIDIA products.
• Model, verify, and prototype mixed-signal designs using Verilog, SystemVerilog, Perl or Python.
• Collaborate with library build, cell integration, ASIC verification and DFT simulation.
• Document and deliver fully verified RTL to meet design targets.
