Job summary

Anthro is seeking a hands-on Associate Manufacturing Engineer to support the mission of revolutionizing energy storage. You will own design, improvement, and documentation of manufacturing processes and equipment on our cell pilot line, collaborating with operations and R&D to move new processes from development into repeatable production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, process, or equipment engineering experience (internship/co-op ok).
• Hands-on process development, equipment troubleshooting, or automation in production or pilot environment.

Responsibilities

• Scope and execute equipment modification and improvement projects on the cell pilot line from concept through installation and qualification.
• Develop and standardize SOPs, Work Instructions, and process recipes for equipment and steps.
• Install, set up, commission, troubleshoot equipment; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
