Job summary

Anthro is seeking a hands-on Associate Manufacturing Engineer to own the design, improvement, and documentation of manufacturing processes and equipment on our cell pilot line. You will work closely with operations and R&D to move new processes from development into repeatable production.

Responsibilities include equipment modification, SOP development, process control, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure quality, safety, and throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a engineering degree and hands-on process or equipment experience.
• Experience documenting SOPs, work instructions, and drawings.
• Familiarity with data analysis and process improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Scope and execute equipment modification and improvement projects from concept through installation.
• Develop and standardize SOPs, work instructions, and process recipes.
• Install, commission, troubleshoot equipment; drive root-cause analysis.
• Analyze data to improve throughput, yield, safety, and reliability.
• Support on-floor build campaigns and post-run data reviews.
• Collaborate with operations, R&D, quality; interface with vendors.
