Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking an experienced Treatment Center Account Director to expand our CGT and advanced therapy treatment center network. You will combine strategic account management, consultative selling, and healthcare expertise to win new customers, deepen partnerships, and drive adoption across health systems, hospitals, and clinics.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and relationship-building with senior healthcare leaders, and knowledge of

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong background in consultative selling and strategic account management.
Proven success winning new business and expanding high-value healthcare accounts.
Experience with senior healthcare decision-makers and complex negotiations.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare delivery.
Cell & Gene Therapy or advanced therapies/ specialty distribution experience preferred.
Strong business and financial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new CGT treatment center accounts.
Develop strategic account and territory plans for growth and retention.
Build relationships with clinical, operational, financial and executive leaders.
Lead contracting, onboarding, and implementation with internal teams.
Provide consultative solutions around distribution, services, and technology needs.
Educate customers on services and maximize value and performance.
Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Legal and other functions.
Monitor market trends and opportunities.
