Job summary

You will lead strategic account planning, coordinate contracting and onboarding, and provide consultative solutions around pharmaceutical distribution, specialty pharmacy services, technology, and center needs. Travel approximately 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience with typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in consultative selling and strategic account management.
• Experience working with multiple senior healthcare decision-makers and navigating complex negotiations.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare delivery.
• Cell & Gene Therapy, advanced therapies, or treatment center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new CGT treatment center accounts through consultative selling while expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Develop strategic account and territory plans that drive growth, retention, and adoption of products and services.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, financial, and executive decision-makers.
• Lead and coordinate new customer contracting, onboarding, and implementation in partnership with internal teams.
• Provide consultative solutions around pharmaceutical distribution, specialty pharmacy services, technology, and treatment center needs.
• Educate customers on available services, solutions, and best practices to maximize value and performance.
• Partner across Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and other functions to solve complex customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
