Job summary

McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 10 company, is seeking a Treatment Center Account Director to expand our network of CGT and advanced therapy treatment centers across health systems, hospitals, and clinics.

You will lead strategic account plans, build senior-level partnerships, and coordinate contracting and onboarding with internal teams while delivering consultative solutions in pharmaceutical distribution and specialty pharmacy services.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in relevant field.
Strong consultative selling and strategic account management experience.
Proven track record winning new business in healthcare or pharma.
Experience with senior healthcare decision-makers and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new Cell & Gene Therapy treatment center accounts through consultative selling while expanding relationships with existing customers.
Develop strategic account and territory plans that drive growth, retention, and adoption of products and services.
Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, financial, and executive decision-makers.
Lead and coordinate new customer contracting, onboarding, and implementation in partnership with internal teams.
Provide consultative solutions around pharmaceutical distribution, specialty pharmacy services, technology, and treatment center needs.
Educate customers on available services, solutions, and best practices to maximize value and performance.
Partner across Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and other functions to solve complex customer needs.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
