Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in West Chester, PA seeks a Research Associate for the Cell Culture Process Development team within Biologics CMC. The role is hands-on, lab-based, and focused on mammalian cell culture with exposure to high-throughput bioreactor systems and data modeling tools.

You will execute cell culture studies, analyze data for process decisions, and help develop robust, scalable processes for therapeutic proteins, spanning early to late-stage development and commercial support.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute mammalian cell culture studies and document results.
• Assist data analysis to inform process decisions and scale-up.
• Contribute to development of robust, scalable cell culture processes for therapeutic proteins.
• Work with Biologics CMC to support early to late-stage development and manufacturing.
