Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Process Development Associate to join our Cell Culture Development Group within Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development (PMPD). This on-site, non-GMP role supports early-stage development by screening antibody candidates, selecting cell lines, and developing media and feeds.

Location: Tarrytown, New York. Weekend work and occasional travel to upstate NY are required.

Responsibilities

Design and run bench-scale cell culture studies in shaker flasks and bioreactors (2 L to 15 L) to screen top antibody candidates.
Support cell line selection and develop media and feed strategies for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
Prepare media, feeds, buffers, and reagents; operate and maintain bioreactor and analytical equipment.
Analyze data statistically and keep critical data accurate and highly organized.
Collaborate with colleagues in cell line development, scale-up, purification, analytics, and manufacturing.
Author development reports, complete ELN entries, and review manufacturing records.
Drive technology transfer through written process transmittals and on-site support to manufacturing campaigns.
