Job summary

Teva in West Chester, PA is seeking a Research Associate for the Cell Culture Process Development team within Biologics CMC. This hands-on, lab-based role focuses on developing robust mammalian cell culture processes for therapeutic proteins, spanning early to late-stage development and supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing.

• Ability to analyze data and influence process decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, analyze, and document mammalian cell culture experiments with strong scientific rationale.
• Develop and optimize cell culture and harvest processes, media, and feeding strategies.
• Operate and troubleshoot cell culture systems across scales, including bioreactors and bench-scale equipment.
• Use DOE and multivariate analysis to identify critical relationships and enable data-driven decisions.
• Communicate conclusions through technical reports, protocols, and presentations.
• Promote safe lab practices and maintain high-quality documentation.
