Amgen is seeking a Process Development Associate Scientist to help develop cell culture and purification processes for Amgen's late-stage pipeline. You will design and evaluate production-scale workflows to improve yields and robustness.

Working in a team, you will transfer processes to manufacturing, document results, and support regulatory filings. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and collaborative problem solving.

Formación

• Masters degree or BS with 3 years of Process Development experience
• Hands-on lab experience in cell culture or protein purification preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Responsabilidades

• Develop cell culture and purification processes for recombinant proteins to improve production yields
• Evaluate process robustness via characterization studies and design of experiments
• Transfer processes to manufacturing and support facility fit and raw material evaluation
• Document data in lab notebooks and present findings to the team
• Contribute to technology development projects for reliability and efficiency improvements
• Support regulatory filings with technical reports as needed
