Job summary
Avantor's Spring House site seeks a specialist to support cell bank inventory and data management within Advanced Laboratory Services. You will coordinate cryogenic operations, maintain accurate records, and link cell lines with licensing and provenance documentation.
You will partner with Legal, RAP, Procurement, and external partners to ensure compliant ordering, receipt, and shipment of materials while maintaining data integrity and traceability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in biological sciences or related discipline with lab experience.
- Practical knowledge of cell line handling and quality control.
- Experience managing inventory, licensing, and compliant material sharing.
- Strong documentation, data recordkeeping, and cross-team communication.
- Ability to coordinate across scientific, legal, and procurement partners.
Responsibilities
- Cell Bank Inventory: manage intake, storage, replenishment and capacity.
- Data management: maintain digital records for vial locations, stock, and provenance.
- Compliance and documentation: licensing, templates, and traceability with Legal and Procurement.
