RK&K is seeking a Construction/Project Manager to join our CEI team in Washington, DC. You will manage heavy civil infrastructure projects, mentor inspection teams, and serve as the owner’s representative to ensure contract compliance and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure construction.
• Experience reading roadway plans and specs.
• Familiar with design-build and design-bid-build delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction inspection teams and act as owner’s representative on projects.
• Oversee project personnel, inspections, materials QA/QC and testing.
• Track cost projections and contractor payments; prepare change orders and entitlements.
• Lead project meetings (preconstruction, progress, coordination) and maintain meeting minutes.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost performance.
