Job summary

Gravitate Coworking in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Location Manager to own the space, drive growth, and develop a vibrant community. You’ll oversee sales and day-to-day operations, ensuring the space runs smoothly and members are satisfied.

This on-site role offers autonomy, personal growth, and the chance to impact Gravitate’s success. The schedule is full-time, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday–Friday, with collaboration across Gravitate locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, operations, or coworking management preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Sales-driven with ability to convert leads into members.
• Customer-focused with excellent service and relationship-building.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and modern office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead management to grow Cedar Rapids location.
• Manage end-to-end sales process and membership agreements.
• Oversee onboarding and community integration for new members.
• Retain members through proactive engagement and events.
• Coordinate daily operations and space maintenance.
• Serve as primary contact for member requests.
