You will coach leasing staff, review reports, resolve resident issues, coordinate maintenance, and collaborate with marketing on resident engagement initiatives. The role requires ownership, clear multi-channel communication, and flexibility, including some weekend work.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a supervisory capacity managing multifamily communities.
• Strong communication across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote Leasing Consultant to Assistant Manager after coaching and closing skill gaps.
• Review leasing reports to ensure conversion of prospects.
• Deescalate resident issues to maintain high Google reviews.
• Prioritize maintenance team activities after a water leak is discovered.
• Collaborate with maintenance to reduce supplies expenses.
• Brainstorm with marketing on new community initiatives (e.g., TikTok days in the life).
