• Develop and maintain relationships with the client to expand delivery business.
• Recruit, manage, and retain independent contractor partnerships.
• Monitor loads, route optimization, and cost control.
• Lead weekly operations meetings and provide weekly location updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Collaborate with the DIA, DIM, and client staff.
• Monitor claims and manage related processes.
• Coordinate showroom visits and inventory oversight.
