Job summary

Eastern Iowa Community College District's Blong Technology Center in Davenport seeks a CE Program Manager to design and deliver non-credit programs in business, IT, management and service. The role focuses on needs assessment, marketing, curricular development, instructor recruitment, program delivery and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years experience in business, IT and/or education.
• Technical knowledge in business, IT, management and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum, administer and schedule continuing education training programs.
• Recruit, select and manage Continuing Education instructors.
• Negotiate and document contracts with vendors and maintain records.
• Analyze needs, trends and develop new programs in field of expertise.
• Market offerings using LERN tools and set pricing and enrollment targets.
• Monitor budgets and ensure operating margins.
• Provide quality service to customers.
