Job summary

Tufts University School of Medicine Office of Continuing Education (TUSM OCE) is hiring a project coordinator to support RSS, live conferences, online activities, and enduring materials, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and timelines.

You will manage activity and accreditation files, generate invoices, and assist with onboarding while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3–5 years of related office experience preferred.
• Experience with accreditation standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support RSS as a main contact and coordinate annual planning submissions.
• Lead RSS trainings for course directors and administrators.
• Review session documentation and provide feedback on accreditation requirements.
• Organize activity files, accreditation files, and databases for compliance.
• Generate invoices and monitor payments using internal systems.
• Onboard and train new student workers and project coordinators.
