Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking CDL A Team Truck Drivers for the Otsego, MN service center. Teams run 5 days on the road and 2 days home each week, hauling vans up to 53’ or doubles between service centers and turn-points.

Earn $140,000–$160,000 per year per driver with full benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with company matching, paid vacation/holidays, and exclusive resort lodging options.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if FMCSA military-to-civilian CDL transition rules apply.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen.
• Must complete a successful road test.

Responsibilities

• Operate van or double trailers up to 53’ between service centers and turn-points.
• Team driving with 5 days on the road and 2 days home weekly.
• Maintain safe operation and compliance with DOT requirements.

Our Team Drivers are home every week!

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Team Drivers at our Otesgo, MN Service Center. As a Team Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations. All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to complete a successful road test
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
• Experienced hauling Haz-mat
• Experienced pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience
