R+L Carriers is seeking CDL A team truck drivers to operate van or double trailers between service centers. The role offers a yearly compensation range of $140,000 to $160,000 per driver, with teams home every week. Five days on the road and two days home each week.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required with at least 1 year of verifiable experience within the past 3 years.
• Must have a good driving record and PSP/MVR check with limited violations.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must pass a road test.

Responsibilities

• Drive team routes with van or double trailers between service centers.
• Work five days on the road and two days home weekly.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.

CDL A Team Truck Drivers, Yearly range is $140,000 - $160,000 yearly (each driver)

Our Team Drivers are home every week!

PTO available after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resorts

As a Team Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations. All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to complete a successful road test
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
• Experienced hauling Haz-mat
• Experienced pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience
