Job summary

R+L Carriers is hiring Class A Team Drivers at our Janesville, WI service center. Teams run 5 days and are home 2 days each week, hauling 53’ vans or doubles between service centers.

This position offers $140,000–$160,000 per driver annually, plus comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation & holidays, and vacation lodging at our exclusive employee resorts.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• 1 year combined verifiable Class A driving experience in the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (MVR/PSP) with no serious violations; no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if FMCSA military-to-civilian transition.
• Ability to operate equipment safely at all times.
• Pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Able to complete a road test.
• Able to bend, lift and stoop; dependable.

Responsibilities

• Operate van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and/or turn-point locations.
• On-road schedule: 5 days driven, 2 days home each week.
• Maintain safety and compliance on the road.

CDL A Team Truck Drivers, $140,000 - $160,000 yearly (each driver)

Our Team Drivers are home every week!

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Team Drivers at our Janesville, WI Service Center. As a Team Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations. All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to complete a successful road test
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
• Experienced hauling Haz-mat
• Experienced pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience
