Job summary

R+L Carriers, Farmington, MN, is seeking CDL A Team Truck Drivers. You will pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn-point locations. All teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days each week.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• 1 year combined verifiable Class A driving experience in past 3 years.
• Good driving record/MVR and PSP with limited moving violations.
• Must be at least 23 years old (21 if FMCSA military-to-civilian CDL transition).
• Must pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen.
• Must complete a successful road test.

CDL A Team Truck Drivers, yearly range is $140,000 - $160,000 per year (each driver).

Available PTO may be used immediately upon hire and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resorts.

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Team Drivers at our Farmington, MN Service Center. As a Team Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations. All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to complete a successful road test
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz‑mat CDL endorsements
• Experienced hauling Haz‑mat
• Experienced pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience
