Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Local Driver for a home-daily, no-touch freight role in Tennessee. This local operation features late-model equipment, a loyalty bonus, and guaranteed weekly pay with attractive mileage-based rates.

You’ll run dedicated retail freight, PM shifts, and a 5-day workweek with Tuesday-Wednesday off. The position offers steady hours, 24/7 operation coverage, and reliable weekly compensation.

Qualifications

• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Minimum 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in the past 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safe driving and required documentation.
• Additional qualifications may apply.

Pay Details

$100,000 average annual pay

• Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,100
• Starting rate of $0.59 per mile
• $16.25 per stop/drop-and-hook
• $16.25 per stop/drop-and-hook
• Paid weekly
