Job summary

Trucking Group UTAH in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a CDL-A Local Driver for a home daily schedule with guaranteed weekly pay, no-touch freight, late-model equipment, and a quarterly loyalty bonus. This local operation runs around the clock with consistent PM shift openings.

You will work a 5-day week with Tuesday-Wednesday off, PM shifts starting between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, and a 24/7 operation. Requirements include 9 months of tractor-trailer experience and DOT Clearinghouse compliance.

Qualifications

• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Minimum 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safe driving and required documentation.
• Additional qualifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate local routes with no-touch freight.
• Deliver to dedicated retail freight customers.
• Maintain late-model equipment.

Pay Details

$100,000 average annual pay

• Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,150
• Starting rate of $0.59 per mile
• $16.25 per stop/drop-and-hook
• Quarterly loyalty bonus:
  • $0.01 per mile for 0-2 years of service
  • $0.02 per mile for 2-5 years
  • $0.03 per mile for 5+ years
• Paid weekly
