Unknown Company in Tempe, AZ is seeking a CDL-A Local Dry Van Driver for a home-daily role with Monday–Friday scheduling and a 9:00 AM start. Local dry van freight, day cab with dry van trailer, and an activity-based pay structure.

Earnings include weekly pay averaging $1,250, plus pay items such as CPM rates for mileage bands, dollars per stop, detention, and pre/post-trip. Must meet DOT requirements and have 9+ months experience; 22+ age; profile in Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse; English

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions.
• Must create a profile with the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire.

Pay Details

Average Weekly Pay: $1,250

• $0.63 CPM for 0–50.9 miles
• $0.57 CPM for 51–100.9 miles
• $0.50 CPM for 101+ miles
• $5.25 per fueling
• $21 per stop
• $20.48/hour detention after 1 hour
• $13.50 per drop and hook
• $5.25 per pre-trip and post-trip
• Paid weekly

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must create a profile with the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records
• Must meet applicable DOT requirements
