Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a Regional Flex CDL-A Driver to haul refrigerated grocery freight on a flexible regional schedule. Expect 3–4 weeks on the road with a guaranteed weekly pay package and hotel accommodations for resets.

Upcoming drivers should have at least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience, be 22 years or older, and meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements. Flexible assignments and 24/7 operations are part of this role.

Qualifications

• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safe driving and required documentation

Regional Flex CDL-A Driver – Good Pay + Loyalty Bonus | Reefer Freight

Earn an average of $120,000 per year with guaranteed weekly pay and a flexible regional assignment. Haul refrigerated grocery freight and support other dedicated operations as needed while traveling for 3-4 weeks at a time.

Pay Details

$120,000 average annual pay

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,350
• $1,650 weekly minimum guarantee when working from the home terminal
• $2,000 weekly minimum guarantee when assigned to other dedicated customers
• $0.01 per mile quarterly loyalty bonus
• Paid holidays
