Job summary

Rodriguez is hiring a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver to support dedicated operations with travel. Drivers average $120,000 per year with a quarterly loyalty bonus, plus paid holidays and a mix of reefer and no-touch freight. Expect 3–4 weeks out at a time, one day off each week, and hotels provided for 34-hour resets.

Sleeper use is available during resets, and you must be flexible to operate 24/7. Valid Class A CDL, 9 months of tractor-trailer experience, age 22+, and good safety record are

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties

Earn guaranteed weekly pay while traveling to support dedicated operations as needed. Drivers average $120,000 per year with a quarterly loyalty bonus, paid holidays, and a mix of reefer and no-touch freight.

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,300
• $1,575 weekly minimum guarantee when working from the home terminal
• $2,000 weekly minimum guarantee when assigned to other dedicated operations
• $0.01 per mile quarterly loyalty bonus
• Paid holidays
