Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver to support dedicated operations across travel assignments. Earn strong pay with guaranteed weekly income and a quarterly loyalty bonus, plus paid holidays.

Expect 3–4 weeks out, 1 day off per week, hotel and sleeper options for resets, and 24/7 coverage. Requires valid CDL-A, 9 months experience, 22+, and DOT Clearinghouse compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in the past 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties.

Responsibilities

• Grocery and other freight assignments.
• Out 3-4 weeks at a time.
• One day off for each week worked.
• Hotel provided for 34-hour resets while away.
• Sleeper use is also available during resets.

Earn guaranteed weekly pay while traveling to support dedicated operations as needed. Drivers average $120,000 per year with a quarterly loyalty bonus, paid holidays, and a mix of reefer and no-touch freight.

Pay Details

• Average Annual Pay: $120,000
• Average Weekly Pay: $2,350
• $1,575 weekly minimum guarantee when working from the home terminal
• $2,000 weekly minimum guarantee when assigned to other dedicated operations
• $0.01 per mile quarterly loyalty bonus
