Job summary

WM is seeking CDL drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks on residential and commercial routes, ensuring safety and timely service. You will perform inspections, navigate routes, and complete end-of-day documentation. This role requires a CDL Class A or B with air-brake endorsement and the ability to read and speak English.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with air-brake endorsement required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete records.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy-duty trucks following WM safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Conducts pre- and post-trip inspections and completes DVIR notes.
• Notifies supervisor of unsafe conditions or service issues promptly.
• Backs up and maneuvers vehicles in residential and commercial environments.
• Completes end-of-day paperwork and route documentation.
