GFL Industries seeks a Residential Driver to provide safe, efficient waste collection on curbside or backdoor routes. You will operate a fully automated side loading truck, perform inspections, and maintain logs and documentation.

The role requires a valid CDL, 2+ years driving experience or CDL training, and strong safety awareness. You will follow company policies, ensure vehicle cleanliness, and contribute to routing efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive function criteria.
• Must be able to safely drive the truck and operate equipment.

Responsabilités

• Operate a fully automated side loading truck on designated route.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports.
• Communicate vehicle issues to supervisor or mechanic.
• Maintain route quality per management standards.
• Follow safety and vehicle operation policies.
• Maintain clean vehicle interior and exterior.
• Record services performed and complete required documentation.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and assist in routing improvements.
