Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear, front, side, and roll-off trucks on designated routes and provide excellent customer service. The role emphasizes safety, on-time service, and community contribution while supporting Casella’s Career Pathways program.

Starting pay ranges from $27.00 to $31.00 per hour with opportunities for merit increases and safety bonuses as part of the Career Pathways plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A or B CDL License and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment testing including a drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle, maintaining appearance per safety standards.
• Safely operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks in various environments.
• Provide courteous, timely service and professional customer interactions.
• Complete all route sheets and required paperwork accurately.
• Notify Dispatch of service interruptions or unsafe situations and participate in required training.
