Job summary

Casella-Waste-Systems, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to operate rear, front, side, and roll-off trucks for waste removal with a focus on safety and customer service. You will perform inspections, complete route tasks, and maintain professional conduct on designated routes.

The position includes a new starting pay range and opportunities for advancement through the Career Pathways program, plus merit increases and safety bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+; valid Class A or B CDL License; legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Physically able to handle objects over 50 lbs; work in varied weather.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and problem-solving skills; team-oriented.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections of assigned vehicle and maintain appearance per Casella standards.
• Safely operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks on streets, sites and driveways.
• Provide courteous, timely service and maintain positive customer interactions.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Attend training and meetings as required to support company goals.
