Job summary

Casella is hiring a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear, front, side load and roll-off trucks on designated routes. You will provide prompt, courteous waste removal services, perform inspections, and maintain equipment in a customer‑facing role.

The position offers a starting pay range of $24.00–$28.00 per hour with a Career Pathways program that includes advancement, merit increases and safety bonuses. Must be 18+, with a valid CDL and pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A or B license required.
• 18 years or older.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
• Safely operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks.
• Provide courteous, timely service to customers on designated routes.
• Complete route sheets and paperwork accurately.
• Maintain vehicle appearance and document safety incidents.
