Job summary

Casella seeks a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear load, front load, side load and roll off trucks on designated routes, delivering courteous waste removal services. Expect to meet high safety standards and complete paperwork accurately while interacting with customers.

New starting pay for qualified candidates ranges from $24–$28/hour with a potential signing bonus up to $7,500. Casella offers a Career Pathways program and merit increases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license required.
• Drug screen and pre-employment testing required.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip inspections of the vehicle per safety standards.
• Operates rear load, front load, side load and roll off trucks safely in various environments.
• Provides courteous customer service and completes route sheets accurately.
• Notifies dispatch of service interruptions and maintains good vehicle appearance.
