Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Utility Driver in Dayton, OH. You will service customers with trash and recycling collection across multiple routes, operating various truck types and maintaining daily logs.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of CDL driving experience, a valid Class B CDL, and the ability to work nights/weekends. Strong customer service and map-reading skills are important for safe, efficient pickups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years CDL truck driving experience.
• Must have a valid Class B CDL.
• DOT medical card and clean driving record.
• Ability to read maps and follow routes.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide trash or recycling removal to customers safely and efficiently.
• Operate and navigate multiple truck types on various routes.
• Enter/exit the truck 300–500 times daily as required by route.
• Replace containers at curb and manage pickups/missed stops.
• Maintain route and driver logs; conduct pre/post trip inspections.
• Interact professionally with customers and coworkers to ensure service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
