Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Waverly, OH is seeking a Utility Driver to service customers with waste and recycling collection. The role involves operating multiple truck types, maintaining logs, and delivering containers on a route-based schedule.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of CDL truck driving experience, a valid Class B CDL, and a current DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one. Night and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years CDL truck driving experience.
• Must hold valid Class B CDL.
• Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• Must be at least 19 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers, safely and compliantly.
• Operate various types of trucks and routes.
• Enter/exit the truck 300–500 times per day.
• Pick up missed stops and/or routes as needed.
• Deliver and replace trash/recycling containers at curb or designated area.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and complete logs.
