You will conduct pre/post-trip inspections, document daily reports, and communicate mechanical issues to supervision. Candidates should have a CDL, at least 1 year of driving experience or a CDL school certificate, and the ability to work safely in outdoor, high-traffic environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive the truck and operate equipment.

Responsabilités

• Operate roll-off truck and ancillary equipment to collect waste.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and reports daily.
• Communicate vehicle mechanical problems to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain route quality standards as set by management.
• Follow safety standards, checks, and company rules on safety and operation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior.
• Record services performed accurately and timely.
• Work with supervisor to improve routing efficiencies.
• Attend safety and branch meetings; may work overtime.
