Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Vehicle Test Operator to drive test vehicles, collect data, and report on performance and environmental conditions. You may also support ride-hailing services as part of duties.

Responsibilities include operating vehicles across routes, providing real-time observations, and delivering timely reports to engineering and operations teams while maintaining strict safety standards. Flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating Class C vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate test vehicles across routes and environments.
• Monitor vehicle performance and take control as needed.
• Provide real-time verbal feedback and environmental observations.
• Conduct additional testing activities as required.
• Complete detailed ride reports for engineering and operations teams.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight hours.
• Maintain the highest safety standards at all times.
