Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator to operate and evaluate a self-driving vehicle in autonomous mode, collect data, and provide feedback. You may also assist with ride-hail service during shifts.

Candidate must be 21+, hold a valid Class C license with 3+ years driving experience, and be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts. Outdoor work in vehicles is common.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Class C driver's license with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to operate and monitor autonomous vehicles and report observations clearly.
• Proficient with a laptop and common office apps; comfortable using handheld devices.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles in autonomous mode on defined and undefined routes.
• Log data, provide verbal feedback about AV environment, and test vehicle features.
• Complete detailed ride reports for operations and engineering teams.
• Maintain safety standards inside and outside the vehicle.
