Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Vehicle Test Operator to drive test vehicles, collect data, and report on performance and environmental conditions. You may also support ride-hailing services as part of duties.

Responsibilities include operating vehicles across routes, providing real-time observations, and delivering timely reports to engineering and operations teams while maintaining strict safety standards. Flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating Class C vehicles.

Role Overview

As a Vehicle Test Operator, you will be responsible for operating test vehicles, collecting data, and providing detailed feedback on performance and environmental conditions. You may also support ride-hailing services for the general public as part of your duties.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid CDL driver’s license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Class C vehicles

Required Skills

• Valid CDL driver’s license
• Proficiency with laptops and standard office tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs)
• Comfortable using smartphones and handheld devices
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate observations
