Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator to operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles in autonomous mode, collecting data and providing feedback to support safe, reliable performance.

This role requires a CDL, comfort with laptops and handheld devices, and the flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Most work occurs outdoors in vehicles, with a strong emphasis on safety and data quality.

Qualifications

• CDL license required with valid driving history.
• Proficient with laptops and common office apps.
• Comfort using handheld devices and touchscreen interfaces.
• Excellent attention to detail and concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles on defined and undefined routes.
• Test and evaluate vehicle performance and report findings to the team.
• Submit timely ride reports for operations and engineering teams.
• Work rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights.
• Maintain high safety standards while performing duties outdoors in or around vehicles.
