Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator to drive and monitor self-driving vehicles, collect data, and provide feedback for system improvement. The role involves operating in autonomous mode, logging software events, and supporting ride-hail services on defined routes.

Candidates should meet the eligibility: at least 21, a valid Class C license, and three years of driving experience; shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight hours,

Qualifications

• Proficiency with a laptop and Office apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Proficiency using a handheld device/touchscreen smartphone.
• Good attention to detail and concise description of thoughts.

Responsibilities

• Operate/Drive autonomous vehicles on defined and undefined routes, monitoring in autonomous mode.
• Test other aspects of our autonomous vehicles.
• Complete timely and detailed ride reports for operations and engineering teams.
• Must be able to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight hours.
• Maintain high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle.
