Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator to operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles, collect data, and provide feedback to engineering teams. You will support ride-hail services to the public and work across defined and undefined routes in various environments.

The role requires willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, with a strong emphasis on safety and precise reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with a laptop and Office apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Ability to use handheld devices and touchscreens.
• Strong attention to detail and concise description of observations.

Responsibilities

• Operate/driving autonomous vehicles on defined and undefined routes while monitoring vehicle behavior in autonomous mode.
• Collect data and provide feedback to operations and engineering teams.
• Complete timely, detailed ride reports and support testing of AV systems.
• Work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight hours.
• Maintain high safety standards inside and outside the vehicle.
