Job summary
Uintah County seeks a full-time Truck Driver to operate and service trucks, plows, and related equipment, supporting county road construction and maintenance. You'll apply ice control materials, respond to urgent seasonal call-outs, and help repair roadways while upholding safety and quality standards.
A CDL with clean MVR and flagger certification are required, along with two years of applicable experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with a valid CDL and clean MVR.
- Two years of experience in road maintenance or similar duties.
- Flagger certification or ability to obtain certification; tanker endorsement may be required.
Responsibilities
- Operate and service trucks, transports, and wheeled equipment.
- Construct, maintain, and repair county roads and service systems.
- Respond to seasonal call-outs including plowing and material removal.
